Program Manager (Technical/Business-Focused)

We are looking for an experienced hands-on (Technical/Business) Program Manager to lead and coordinate multiple interrelated projects within our investment and banking platform, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. This Individual Contributor role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical acumen and exceptional project management skills to oversee multiple high-impact projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with our Company’s goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate multiple related projects across investment and banking products, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution of initiatives.
  • Develop, track, and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify potential project risks and dependencies and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, marketing, compliance, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high level of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive accountability across teams, ensuring adherence to deadlines and objectives.


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project/program management with at least three years in fintech, banking, or investment industries.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and project management best practices.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects with various stakeholders and vendors.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, Notion, or similar.
  • Experience working with APIs, third-party integrations, and regulatory compliance in financial services.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with investment platforms, banking services, or fintech applications.
  • Knowledge of SEC and Banking regulations and compliance requirements related to financial products.
  • PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.


$135,000 - $175,000 a year
