Sunlight Group Energy Storage Systems is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic Commercial team at our Athens HQ. With over 30 years of expertise in providing cutting-edge industrial and off-road energy storage solutions, we have established ourselves as a leader in battery technology. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy and driving account performance in line with KPIs. Your responsibilities will include crafting a robust sales plan that targets both revenue growth and expense control, while actively seeking new accounts and opportunities to grow our client base. You will track and analyze key account metrics and prepare insightful reports for our internal stakeholders. Building and maintaining strong, trustworthy relationships with existing customers is essential, as is collaborating closely with various teams to ensure we exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics, along with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, particularly in the industrial sector. Proficiency in customer relationship management and exceptional communication skills in Greek and English are required, while knowledge of German is a plus.
