  • Lead the internal team review of the draft specifications; main point of contact for the internal team for all eCOA design-related questions throughout the build process
  • Lead the client review of the eCOA specifications and supporting documents, making any required updates and obtaining both client and internal approval by the agreed upon milestone date
  • Responsible for the UAT plan, test scripts, and coordinate all required data setup for client UAT
  • Primary point of contact for design questions (internally and externally) during the system build process
  • Lead client UAT of the eCOA system, tracking any required fixes or updates; work with the project manager to determine timelines for any system updates required
  • Support any re-design of the eCOA system or implementation of new features in an IRT system during the maintenance period
  • Identify and assist with the implementation of process improvements for the services department
  • Develop best practices for eCOA design functions at Suvoda, by refining the processes, tools, and best practices for the implementation and support of Suvoda’s eCOA product
  • Work closely with Suvoda’s delivery teams to provide consultation and guidance on solution design, project delivery, and operational maintenance of Suvoda’s eCOA studies
  • Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:

  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
