Founded in 2018, SKIN CLIQUE is a premier in-home, on-demand Medical Aesthetics Company dedicated to providing personalized and innovative beauty and skincare solutions to patients across the country. Bottom line, we are a rapidly growing, concierge Medical Aesthetics Practice that is focused on recruiting, hiring, and retaining the top Medical Professionals across the country, with a commitment to excellence and a passion for enhancing patient confidence, which allows us to offer a range of advanced cosmetic procedures and skincare treatments.Currently, we are looking for a Corporate Partnerships & Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships that enhance both our corporate business and our provider network.

SALARY - $120,000 per year
BONUS - Potential for $40,000 based on performance, opportunity for additional incentives
LOCATION - This position is remote.

TRAVEL - 50%-75% travel, may be more dependent on business needs.

HOW WILL YOUR SUCCESS BE MEASURED YOUR FIRST YEAR HERE?

·         Identify, pursue, and secure partnerships with like-minded companies to expand Skin Clique’s services and reach

·         Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders at partner organizations

·         Respond to inbound partnership requests, assess their alignment with organizational goals, and vet their feasibility

·         Negotiate, draft, and manage partnership agreements that align with Skin Clique’s objectives

·         Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that inform partnership strategies

·         Travel to key markets to establish and launch new partnership activations

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN A Corporate Partnerships & Development Manager LIKE YOU?

·         Bachelor’s degree or higher REQUIRED

·         3-5 years of business development or strategic partnerships experience

·         Experience in medical, aesthetics, or healthcare industry PREFERRED

·         Experience working with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) PREFERRED

·         Valid driver’s license and ability to travel REQUIRED

·         Proven consultative selling skills with a track record of closing high-value partnerships

·         Self-motivated, results-driven professional with experience in business development and partnership execution
