Sales Intern

Overview

Titan America LLC is a leading environmentally‐ and socially progressive heavy building materials company located in the eastern United States. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Intern in the Tampa, FL region. This hourly position will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager. 

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

  • Help to develop and maintain key account reporting structure for the region, track progress & goals.
  • Collaborate with region Sales Manager on region key account strategy.
  • Become familiar with Titan America bulk/package cement and aggregates.
  • Become familiar with customers in your assigned territory.
  • Assist with backlog management to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Assist with monitoring and assessing project performances.
  • Commute between Central Florida region.

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or other applicable degrees.
  • Experienced in market analytics and planning.
  • Demonstrated talent to be innovative and creative.
  • Excellent communication skills; equally strong motivational, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with methods for tracking sales performance and market trends.
  • Enthusiastic and positive outlook for influencing decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Comfortable at and around construction sites.
