Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, efficient, and professional poolside food & beverage service.
  • Engage with guests, anticipate their needs, and ensure a memorable experience.
  • Accurately take and deliver orders while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the pool deck, cabanas, and bar areas.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down poolside dining areas.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions following proper procedures.
  • Work as part of a team with bartenders, servers, and pool attendants to create a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

  • Previous serving experience in a high-volume setting, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong multitasking skills – you can juggle multiple orders and guests with ease.
