Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Part-time Overnight Shift

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Terrace, your primary responsibilities will include providing direct patient care, administering medications, and collaborating with a skilled multidisciplinary team to help achieve patient recovery goals. You'll also have the chance to create meaningful connections by getting to know each resident and supporting them in their journey toward better health.

To become a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Terrace, you must hold an active LPN license in Illinois. While prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or intermediate care facility (ICF) is preferred, we value dedication and a willingness to learn. Experience with electronic medical records, particularly Point Click Care or PCC, is beneficial.

The part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at The Terrace works overnight shifts from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The schedule includes rotations every other weekend, which allows for flexibility while ensuring our residents receive continuous care.
