Reporting to the Operations Manager, Fulfillment & Facilities, the Facilities Technician - Level II is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various building needs. This requires basic understanding of trouble shooting, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing skills. This technician responds to all critical and emergency issues within the facility and is responsible for prioritizing multiple demands and making independent decisions based on critical needs.

You’ll play a vital role in maintaining our conveyor systems, performing preventative maintenance, and coordinating with vendors for any major repairs. Your knack for troubleshooting and your technical skills will shine as you resolve equipment issues before they impact our operation. We value safety, so part of your duties will include ensuring safe practices are followed in our facilities. You’ll also oversee the maintenance shop to keep things organized and efficient!
