What team you’ll join 
Grated experience for UiPath Products and Services. You will collaborate with other product man Automation Suite enables customers to deploy UiPath business automation platform anywhere, from bare metal machines to Virtual Machines infrastructure in a data center or any major cloud provider. We leverage leading cloud native technologies, such as Kubernetes, to deliver industry first, innovative best-in-class solutions for customers.
 
As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead a key Automation Suite vertical that provides the business automation platform to large enterprise and government customers. You will lead Vision and Strategy partnering closely with Go-to-Market to drive successful outcomes for strategic enterprise engagements. 
 
 You will work with personas ranging from automation experts, IT / infrastructure / security administrators, business users to C-suite executives at major enterprises. From the insights you gather, you will lead the vision, roadmap, and specifications for Automation Suite, driving integers, engineers, marketers, sales makers, and partners to help bring the vision to fruition.

What you'll do at UiPath

  • Strategy: Lead the vision and strategy for Automation Suite platform based on a detailed analysis of customer needs and industry trends.  

  • Customer engagements: Drive large enterprise and government customer engagements while partnering with Go- To- Market teams.  

  • Roadmap: Build a detailed near- and long-term product roadmap. while validating it with key customers and stakeholders.  

  • Product specifications: Work with design and engineering stakeholders to build user experiences and define specifications for new capabilities.  

  • Develop features: Work closely with the engineering team to drive the execution and delivery of features and products. Mitigate risks and ensure dependencies are handled appropriately. Test features and ensure they are of the highest quality.  

  • Evangelize product: Articulate and share our vision with strategic customers, partners, and UiPath service owners. Create relevant collateral including presentations, whitepapers, and documents to demonstrate value. Work across organizations and ensure adoption of the platform features,  

  • Collaborate: Foster strong relationships with customers to identify critical use cases, gather feedback, and continuously improve product capabilities. Deliver deep integrations across the UiPath platform by building meaningful relationships with other product teams. Work with product marketing on go-to-market plans for new features to ensure a successful launch.  

  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights and recommendations on market positioning and differentiation. 

What you'll bring to the team

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the software industry, with a focus on enterprise software or SaaS products. 

  • Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization – from C-suite and executives to the end users – with excellent written, oral, and presentation skills 

  • Proven track record of successfully owning and driving the development of complex software products from ideation to launch, with a focus on execution and delivering results.  

  • Technology savvy with knowledge of enterprise platform deployments for both on premise and cloud providers such as AWS, Azure and GCP.   

  • Experience and knowledge of Kubernetes, Linux administration and Linux internals is a plus.   

  • Ability to drive large-scale projects from inception to launch, while dealing with ambiguity and competing priorities  

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a drive for continuous improvement.
