Job Description

With us, you’ll take recruitment to the next level—finding the right people, at the right time, for the right roles. You will identify, engage and recruit top candidates for our TOP JOBS.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their specific staffing needs, craft smart recruitment strategies, source top candidates, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. Whether you’re screening CVs, conducting interviews in multiple languages, or representing us at job fairs, your expertise will be the driving force behind building strong teams.

Based in Grimbergen, you’ll maintain close relationships with hiring managers across their respective Equans sites.

What will you do?

  • collaborate with hiring managers: understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
  • actively source candidates: attract candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, professional networks, internal database and referrals
  • cv screening: evaluate candidate qualifications by screening CVs and conducting initial calls
  • conduct interviews: thorough interviews with different profiles in Dutch, French and English (operational/technical profiles and corporate/management profiles)
  • negotiate employment terms: offer employment contracts and discuss compensation packages
  • build relationships with candidates: maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience
  • stay updated on trends: follow the latest developments and best practices in the recruitment field
  • manage recruitment activities: use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to document and manage your activities
  • draft job descriptions: assist in formulating job descriptions for open positions
  • participate in events: attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities as needed
  • contribute to Talent Acquisition projects: participate in strategic topics & activities related to recruitment

What you bring

  • a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • at least five years of experience in talent acquisition
  • a proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates across various positions and sectors
  • strong knowledge of recruitment methods, tools, and platforms
  • familiarity with employment laws and regulations related to recruitment is a plus
  • proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • a dynamic, enthusiastic, and resilient mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • fluency in Dutch, French, and English
