*This is a 6-month contract that has the potential to be extended or to go full-time.

We are working a hybrid schedule and must be onsite in Mechanicsburg, PA, 2 days per week!

 

Select Medical is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to participate in full life-cycle recruitment for Registered Nurses, Nursing Assistants and other clinical positions. This person will work with the Talent Aquisition Manager, who is responsible for the overall recruitment strategy and leadership recruitment for our CIRH/IRH locations. The Clinical Recruiter will be responsible for working with hospital leadership to determine the number of open clinical positions. This person will be responsible for posting positions through our applicant tracking system, external job boards, including Indeed, LinkedIn, and Nurse specific sites. The Clinical Recruiter will maintain current knowledge of emerging technology in order to stay informed of new sourcing trends and recruitment best practices.

 

 

Responsibilities

The Clinical Recruiter will actively source for all positions, via professional networking sites, internal leads databases, and executing employee referral programs. This person will also focus on recruitment marketing and researching innovative ways to promote Select Medical’s brand to clinical talent. The Clinical Recruiter will help to plan and execute open house events at the hospital locations as well as off-site events and will attend to assist as needed.

 

The Clinical Recruiter will conduct phone screenings with all candidates, schedule interviews with the hiring managers, update candidates on status of position, and deliver job offers or rejections to candidates. The Clinical Recruiter will have the opportunity to work in a highly collaborative team environment and will have regular communication with recruiters to share ideas and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field required or equivalent working experience 
  • Previous progressive experience in Human Resources field and/or recruitment required
  • Competency in computer/software applications and Internet-based platforms related to recruitment functions required
  • Must be able to travel to assigned hospitals as needed
