JOB DESCRIPTION:

The inventory controller is responsible for managing inventories in specified storerooms. This includes managing inventories to financial targets, maintaining inventory accuracy, and providing adequate supply levels to meet customer needs. Tasks include transaction processing, file and table maintenance, ordering to replenish supply levels, advanced reporting and analysis, cycle counting, and providing support to Inventory Technicians. This position provides systems level analysis to define deficiencies and areas for improvement. The position requires working on a conceptual basis to structure business practices within system capabilities.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred. Associates degree in medical technology, business, or heath care related field, or equivalent education, preferred

EXPERIENCE:

A minimum of one to three years experience in inventory control and data entry. Experience working with PC spreadsheets. A demonstrated aptitude for problem solving.

This is a bargaining union position.
