Position Description
The Equipment Manager will support the High Performance and Sport Medicine staffs in preparing and packing equipment and supplies for domestic and international camps. The position demands a level of familiarity with equipment, products, and supplies necessary for facilitating medical care and sports performance training both on and off the field. This position reports to and works closely with the Director of Equipment Operations. Additionally, this position also works with the Sporting Operations teams to meet departmental goals.
As a member of the Equipment Operations department, this individual may be required to travel with our WNT, MNT, YNT, and ENT camps as needed and is an integral part of team support. A high degree of professionalism is required, as is the ability to create quick, practical solutions for issues that arise independently. The position focuses on ensuring the players, High Performance and Medical staff members can rely on having team equipment needs secured for all training, matches, etc.

In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our athletes have everything they need for success, both on and off the field. As the Equipment Manager, you’ll closely collaborate with the High Performance and Sport Medicine teams, supporting them with the preparation and packing of essential equipment for both domestic and international camps. Your familiarity with medical care products and sports performance supplies will be vital in this position. Reporting to the Director of Equipment Operations, you’ll help maintain inventory, ensure cleanliness and safety of medical equipment, and manage logistics for all equipment needs during crucial training camps and tournaments.
