Essential Functions

  • Analyze, comprehend and assess the scope of the data quality trends within the US Business and Commercial issuer portfolios
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data quality program consisting of multiple work streams to address the data quality issues with Acquirers, Merchants, and Visa platforms.
  • Understand and maintain a deep understanding of the commercial payment landscape, with a focus on the issuing side.
  • Provide subject matter expertise to external partners at the issuing banks, the issuing processors and develop and implement a complete plan for issuer reporting and changes – US region (awareness, education, commitment, change execution, monitoring, post support).
  • Provide SME-level support to teams engaged with issuer data quality reviews.
  • Maintain monitoring system to track data provider engagement efforts.
  • Provide statistical analysis on data quality trending.
  • Provide program status updates to stakeholders at all levels with applicable detail based on the targeted audience.

Secondary Job Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will interact with various stakeholders across the organization as well as with external clients and will have close working relationship with our Commercial Data Solutions team.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required as cross-functional projects occur on a regular basis.
  • Must demonstrate well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborates easily and successfully with varying levels of stakeholders and management in a matrix organization structure.
