The role will drive the payment processing solutions that enable Consumer and Commercial products and programs on VisaNet. They will be responsible for modern solutions to scale the next generation of digital payment products.

Basic Qualifications
• 12 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g., Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or 8 years of relevant work experience with a PhD.
Preferred Qualifications
• 15 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, PhD) or expanding leadership roles with experience in product and solution management.
• Significant experience in the Visa or payments industry with a strong background in product development.
• Experienced leader with a proven ability to enhance and expand processing platform capabilities through innovation.
• Strong technical expertise in payments including familiarity with payments messaging interfaces and protocols.
• Ability to collaborate across teams to implement and optimize platform solutions.
Strategy and communication:
• Strategic and analytic skills, with the capability to clearly communicate a vision to clients, executives, and their team.
• Exceptional ability to explain complex business and technical concepts in simple, intuitive language to influence and drive progress.
• Ability to translate client needs into actionable strategies and improvements.
• Excel in communications both written and verbal. Superior presentation skills.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 213,000 to 332,950 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
