The Sr. Manager, Events and Video Production Operations leads the Events and Video Production Support team, ensuring seamless end-to-end event operations, including live streaming, video production, and on-site support. This role oversees coordination with Executive IT and external vendors to deliver high-quality, impactful events. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies, managing the team, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
