The IT Analyst I is responsible for providing support in analyzing, developing, and implementing information systems. A focus on efficiency, the ability to resolve sophisticated problems, and attention to detail are keys to success!

In this role, you will be part of an exciting journey at Williams. You'll start with several weeks in our IT Academy, where you'll learn about the company and the innovative technologies we use. After completing the academy, you'll transition to a full-time role within our IT department, setting the foundation for your new career in IT.

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Provides application software development services or technical support
  • Develops program logic for new applications or analyzes and modifies logic in existing applications
  • Codes, tests, debugs, documents, implements and maintains software applications
  • Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
  • Support systems for business and application processes
  • Works with key business partners to identify and define requirements
  • Enhances cloud infrastructure, analytics, automation solutions, and applications using tools such as Azure, PowerBI, UIPath, and PowerApps.
  • Drives business process improvements through analytical problem-solving, agile project management methodologies, and secure connectivity
  • Strengthens cybersecurity measures to ensure safety
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma/GED
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field

Other Requirements:

  • Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills
