Digital Coordinator

Who We Are:

Position Summary

The Digital Coordinator at Professional Bull Riders (PBR) is a multifaceted digital support role that provides executional support across website management, digital sponsorship fulfillment, CRM & email marketing initiatives, and digital & social media campaign tracking. The Digital Coordinator reports to the Digital Product Manager and collaborates with the content, marketing, sponsorship, and social media teams.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Content Support

  • Assist with managing and executing website updates, including landing pages, imagery, content changes, and page builds.

  • Publish and maintain press releases, event updates, and roster changes in coordination with the Digital Content Manager.

  • Handle URL redirects and metadata updates to support SEO efforts.

  • Provide basic troubleshooting for website content display issues.

  • Monitor and report on Chatbot interactions, supporting refinement of automated responses.

Sponsorship & Digital AdOps Execution

  • Execute Digital AdOps sponsorship fulfillment, including managing and scheduling banner placements on PBR websites.

  • Track and report on sponsorship inventory, pacing, and performance metrics.

  • Ensure accurate and timely placement of promotional content across digital platforms.

CRM, Email Marketing & Data Support

  • Work with the CRM Manager to profile and segment the database, ensuring accurate and actionable customer-focused data.

  • Assist with the scheduling, testing, and deployment of all email campaigns.

  • Support email campaign tracking and performance reporting.

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting on digital performance, CRM effectiveness, and audience engagement.

Social Media & Reporting Support

  • Provide occasional support for the social media team, including assisting with content coordination and publishing as needed.

  • Compile and analyze digital performance reports, including social, website, content, and sponsorship analytics.

  • Assist in gathering insights and recommendations based on digital and social performance data.

Live Event & On-Call Support

  • Provide support during some live events to update content and monitor / troubleshoot website issues.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience or training in a digital marketing, social media marketing, website operations, or content coordination.

  • Ability to work across multiple projects, manage deadlines, and collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate reports.

  • Ability to work weekends as needed to support live event efforts.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the sports or entertainment industry.

  • Experience with data entry, content management, or email marketing platforms.

  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), such as Umbraco, WordPress, or similar platforms, along with Google Analytics.

  • Familiarity with CRM/email marketing tools, audience segmentation, and sponsorship fulfillment tracking.

Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work model with four days in the office.

  • Weekend work will be required on occasion in support of live events.

  • This role does not require travel.
