Management is strong, cohesive, and open to feedback; truly invested in development of employees and creating career and growth opportunities where possible. Friendly office environment, cross-department partnership, and intelligent and fun employees.

Cons

As a growing company, there are process changes that not everyone likes. However, the changes appear to be for the betterment of the organization; if you're okay with change and a little ambiguity then it could be viewed as a positive!
