If you're not used to seeing a lot of clients on a regular basis it can maybe feel like a lot to you, and client redirects can sometimes feel like we are refusing care but they have good reasons for their protocols - that's just the therapist heart wanting to help everybody willing to come to therapyAt AbleTo, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is more than just a set of words or initiatives. It’s a part of who we are, from hiring practices to the inclusive design of our products.
We celebrate the distinct perspectives that a rich culture brings since it’s these differences that fuel creativity and innovation.
After all, our patient’s backgrounds are incredibly diverse consisting of a wide range of races, ages, cultures, and more. It’s important that the inside of our [virtual] walls reflect the people that we serve.
To empower our patients to get better and stay better, our team has to be equipped to do the same. And an inclusive workplace is a key component of one’s mental health. By fostering a culture where differences are valued, our team is encouraged to bring their full, authentic selves to work.
As a reflection of this commitment, we’ve created a number of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) where full-time employees are encouraged to foster this inclusive workplace:
At AbleTo we believe everyone deserves access to quality mental health care to lead healthier, happier lives.

Over the years, we’ve brought together the best and brightest from the industry with the ultimate goal of making high-quality mental health care accessible to all. This is our dedicated pursuit of innovation and iteration, from designing engaging patient experiences to enabling people to get quality care faster and from the comfort of their own homes. And as part of the team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the organization while contributing to the future of behavioral health.
Our programs.
Our programs blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques with innovative technology, allowing patients to receive high-quality care from the convenience of their homes.
Through partnerships with national health care plans, across employers, Medicare Advantage, and Medicaid, participants can access one of our evidence-based programs.
