Great Culture

Pros

This company, especially the RPA department, have a great culture that allows the employee to work freely and focus on their contribution. Very flexible and understanding leadership that focuses on learning.

Being in the insurance and benefits business has its perks when it comes to offering our own employees a great compensation package. We’ve put together a comprehensive plan that includes all the standard benefits—Medical, Dental and Vision coverage, 401k with excellent company match, generous PTO.

And we’ve doubled down on showing our team we value them and their families with additional benefits and coverages. See below for a full list of benefits we offer our employees.

Medical Coverage: We offer three medical plans through a nationwide network of providers. Employees can choose from a traditional PPO or two Consumer-Driven Health Plan (CDHP) options with a Health Savings Account (HSA) that we contribute to every two weeks. These plans also include a preventive Rx program.

Flexible Spending Plans: We provide a Healthcare Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for our employees to use on eligible healthcare expenses. A Dependent Care Plan (DCP) option is also available to use towards daycare, after-school care and elder care expenses.

Dental & Vision Coverage: We offer dental and vision plans. Our vision plan is through one of the nation’s largest vision carriers.

401(k) with Matching Company Contributions: We offer Pre-Tax 401(k) and Roth 401(k) programs to our employees and match a percentage of employees’ contributions. The retirement programs are through Securian, which enables us to offer first-rate programs with a strong investment portfolio and easy-to-use educational tools that can help employees plan for life after work.

Allied Achievement Award: We offer a company bonus to recognize our employees’ contributions and share the company’s success with our team. The award is determined annually and is based on the company’s revenue and earnings.

Employee Recognition Programs: We celebrate exceptional performance and service by our employees through various recognition programs.

Career Growth Opportunities: We encourage growth within our company. Our career advancement program is available to employees who have successfully worked in their role for at least 6 months and are interested in pursuing opportunities in other areas of the company.

Life/Accident Insurance: We provide Group Life Insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Short Term Disability and Long Term Disability at no cost to the employee.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We offer immediate accrual of PTO for new employees, which can be used after the first 90 days.

Floating Holiday: In addition to the accrual PTO program, each employee is alotted one floating holiday per year.

Paid Holidays: We offer 10 recognized government holidays off to our employees.

Wellness Program: We provide a year round program focused on educating employees on various physical, nutritional, financial and medical topics to help them make informed life choices.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP): We offer this program to all employees, their household members, and dependents as a quick and easy way to access confidential support, counseling or guidance. This service provides assistance on anything from finding a daycare to dealing with other life challenges.

Voluntary/Supplemental Coverage: We offer our employees the opportunity to purchase additional Voluntary Life coverage for a spouse, dependent children or themselves. Critical illness coverage, hospital coverage and accident coverage are also available.

Identity Theft Protection: We provide a fully managed recovery protection package that employees can enroll in at no cost. This protection covers our employees and their immediate family members. Employees can add service features to the standard program for an additional monthly cost.

Corporate Discounts: We offer a wide variety of discounts to local and national brands to our employees.
