We’ve also launched Associate Resource Groups (ARGs) which are voluntary, associate-led networks from #TeamAAM that form based on shared experiences, characteristics or backgrounds. Membership includes people from these groups, and allies who want to support them.

Global Mentor Program: AAM’s Global Mentor Program provides structured mentoring opportunities for salaried associates at AAM with less than five years of experience, at senior manager level or below. The program pairs mentees with experienced AAM leaders for a six-month guided experience that includes one-on-one meetings, learning content and reflection exercises. Development topics that partnerships work through include:
