Headquartered in Thousand Oaks, California, we serve customers across the U.S. We are currently licensed to originate loans in 48 states and able to purchase and service loans in 49 states. We are an approved seller/servicer of residential mortgage loans for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, an approved issuer of securities guaranteed by Ginnie Mae, a lender for the FHA, and a lender/servicer for the VA and USDA.
