We're not just about programs, as useful as they are. We're also about root-level change. We are about changing the way we work, recruit and hire, assess and promote, build our products, engage in training and education, and amplify the voices of underrepresented folx.
We have a long way to go. This work is ongoing. It won’t be perfect—we are going to make mistakes. But we must act. We are committed to investing in change, learning/unlearning, apologizing when we fail, and trying again.
Each quarter, we provide an update on our progress, and where we’ve fallen short. This is not about patting ourselves on the back or virtue signaling. It’s about holding ourselves accountable to make big changes in how we operate as a company—and how we play our part in dismantling systemic inequity. View our DEI page and see our updates from this past quarter.
