We take a consultative approach with customers, by providing gemstone education, one-on-one interactions, and multiple channels for communication. Through in-person appointments, phone and email communication, and live-chat, our customers are guided through our unique product offerings to bring their distinctive idea to life, from vintage-inspired to to modern designs. As a dedicated Customer Experience team member, you are able to use your creativity to have a direct impact on customer happiness and Brilliant Earth's success.
