Our Customer Experience Team is dedicated to creating lasting, positive relationships with our customers, in the happiest moments of their lives. We take a consultative approach with customers, by providing gemstone education, one-on-one interactions, and multiple channels for communication. Through in-person appointments, phone and email communication, and live-chat, our customers are guided through our unique product offerings to bring their distinctive idea to life, from vintage-inspired to to modern designs. As a dedicated Customer Experience team member, you are able to use your creativity to have a direct impact on customer happiness and Brilliant Earth's success. 

This team operates in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and is the engine that drives our company. In addition to donating 5% of profits to communities impacted by the jewelry trade, we are committed to giving back in our local communities. While working at Brilliant Earth, you will be given a variety of opportunities to volunteer, from office food drives to planting community gardens!
