At C-4 you are thoroughly trained and then empowered to perform the work. I like that. Not every workplace treats you like an adult. I appreciate being given the tools and processes that allow me to do my job effectively. I can work in the office or at home. There is a lot of flexibility. My manager has been supportive of me both personally and professionally.
