• To support the development of women at all levels of our organization, we launched a program focused on improving female representation in recruiting, providing mentoring opportunities, and supporting women at key moments in their professional and personal lives.
• Capgemini employed 34.9% of women in our workforce at the end of 2020 and we are the 2nd fastest evolving in our industry.
• We are committed to 40% women in the workforce by the end of 2025 and 30% in executive leadership roles.

• We have strengthened our HR policies to ensure equal promotion rates and equal pay for equal work.
• The Outfront global employee network for LGBT+ and their allies provides a forum for education and awareness supporting the professional growth and recognition of LGBT+ people.
• As a founding member of the World Economic Forum’s Partnering for Racial Justice in Business initiative, we are committed to building an equitable environment for professionals from under-represented minorities and eradicating racism in the workplace.

We have set strong foundations of an inclusive culture

• All the Vice Presidents in Capgemini will have gone through Unconscious Bias training by the end of 2021
