Pros
Carrier Enterprise is focused on their associates. CE has gone through a complete culture change the past two years, focusing on people first, safety of their associates and creating a pleasant work environment.Cons
I see major changes throughout the organization, overall i am hard pressed to list any cons with my employment at Carrier Enterprise.CE continually seeks ways to foster an inclusive environment by celebrating diversity and leveraging the talents of associates with shared experiences and communities. As a result, we launched our first Associate Resource Group, the CE Women’s Network, in 2022.
The CE Women’s Network was developed to identify and expose women at CE to opportunities and provide a safe environment within the organization to learn and grow. Our vision is simple – support and improve the professional experience for all women at CE while celebrating their personal development. The network focuses on professional development, work-life balance, health & wellness and community outreach.
We look forward to launching more Associate Resource Groups in the future.
