Our Purpose Statement

At Catalina, we believe that diversity and inclusion fuels individual and collective success. We have a variety of employee-led groups that are leading initiatives, including:

• Thursday DE&I Lunch Group - A cross-functional group of employees who meet weekly to discuss relevant DE&I topics, welcome guest speakers, and provide a forum for listening and learning.
• Employee Resource Groups - The Black Employee Network, Lifting HER, and Pride Network are defining their missions and setting goals for the months and years ahead to create a more diverse, equitable and inclusive culture. 
• DE&I Council - An employee-led group that meets weekly to make recommendations to Catalina's leadership team - and to provide action - in support of the stated purpose above. 
• The DE&I CARE Committee meets bi-weekly to provide support for DEI-focused nonprofits across the U.S., as well as annual scholarships for students of historically black colleges and universities
• The Catalina University Team provides a variety of instructor-led and self-paced courses and resources for employees. 

We have reinvented Catalina as a digital and data product company by extending our products and services across all channels via in-store and digital devices.
