Amazing opportunities for the right person

Pros

Great company with a solid group of product offerings across real assets and credit. Many, many very smart people work here particularly in investments, portfolio management and development. The vast majority of the company’s investment vehicles have performed very well. However, a couple have proven to be challenging. To the company’s credit, they invested very heavily in top-notch senior talent, from A + firms, to ensure previous blind spots were addressed and past mistakes not repeated. The senior management team is heavily engaged with the firm and cares deeply about the firm’s success and providing investors with a high quality experience that affords them the confidence to invest in multiple products over an extended period of time.

Cons

To succeed here you need to be a self starter with an entrepreneurial bent. People who sit back, are not proactive, and who do not seize opportunities to improve the firm that may fall outside their job description, are quickly alienated and inevitably become disgruntled.
