Best Company I've Ever Worked For

Pros

ClickTime is hands down the best company I've ever worked for. Their culture is very family-friendly and extremely inclusive. Every single ClickTime employee I've encountered in my 2.75-year tenure has been incredibly friendly, intelligent, and hard-working. I honestly don't know how the PeopleOps team continues to recruit and maintain such amazing, high-quality people! This environment is truly an open-door environment and everyone is approachable. ClickTime itself is ever-growing, embraces new ideas, and encourages both teamwork and autonomy (which is a rare balance). ClickTime treats its clients exceptionally well and often go above and beyond to maintain and exceed client satisfaction. They also do the kindest things for their employees. For example, on your anniversary month, they make a donation to a charity of your choice in your name. They send quarterly gifts and plan employee teambuilding events that are actually fun. Finally, their CEO, Alex Mann is one of the kindest, most knowledgable people I have ever met. He takes personal pride in the success of the company, takes time out to mentor employees, and always has an open-door policy. Should you have the opportunity to work for or with ClickTime - I recommend you jump at the opportunity.

Cons

The only con of ClickTime that I can think about is that they are a smaller company, so some of the benefits aren't as strong as a larger corporation. However, the culture and pay more than make up for the differences between corporate benefits and privately-owned business benefits.
