Training and leadership. Their training, leadership, and some sales reps are willing to step out of their zone and provide assistance to new and developing reps in the company.

Cons

I work ops for a few months helping out and the specific manager I had expected me to have 10 years experience in an account and system I was unfamiliar with. Her team, minus one person, were very cold and didn't offer support.
