Unconscious bias awareness — We are committed to eliminating bias and enabling change within our workplace through a three-step approach to educate, empathize and engage. We have launched unconscious bias webinars for all managers and employees in the U.S. and U.K., as well as virtual training in Australia, and are planning for roll out in other regions.
I&D in our communities — To address our local geographies and communities, we have formed a Global Inclusion & Diversity Council by seeking nominations for representatives across our organization to ensure I&D efforts are instituted.

Crawford Sample Interview Process
Application Review: Once you submit your curricula vitae you’ll receive a “Thank You” email to confirm that it was received and is being reviewed by our awesome talent acquisition team. We’ll keep you updated as we move through the hiring process, so be on the lookout for additional communications from us.
Initial Screen: The second step in our hiring process is a video interview. But don’t freak out! You’re far more to us than just a resume. We want to get to know you as a person, and video interviews paint a colorful picture of who you are what you want to accomplish. So just sit back, relax and tell us about yourself.
First Round: This step can vary depending on the role and location of the position for which you have applied. At this point, the hiring manager has seen your video interview and decided they would like to move forward with your candidacy. The hiring manager will reach out to you in order to schedule a brief phone screen, or invite you to do a formal interview (in office or via Skype, depending on location). This is your chance to really shine! Tell us about your skills, experience and career aspirations. We want to know how you’ll help us advance our mission of restoring and enhancing lives, businesses and communities.
Offer Letter: At this point, you have really wowed us, and we want you on our team! Now for our favorite part of the process…the offer letter. When you accept the offer, you’ll receive a friendly flurry of emails telling you about the great benefits we have at Crawford. Community Involvement

Since 2009, we have united our individual efforts for a broader, more coordinated expression of philanthropy and began the Crawford Global Day of Service (GDOS). On this day, Crawford employees throughout the world are asked to volunteer to serve our local communities. This annual initiative has grown larger every year since its inception, helping a wide range of charities including orphanages, homeless shelters, retirement homes, animal rescue facilities, blood drives, food banks, nature parks, and fundraising for disease research.
