We provide internship opportunities on a rolling basis across all of our business units. In the London office we also have a work experience programme which provides one week’s, unpaid work experience during July and August for sixth-form or school leavers. The programme will provide you with an interesting overview of our commercial and editorial practices. You will shadow several members of staff, gaining valuable insight and experience across the business
The Economist newspaper’s editorial department runs three different types of internships every year. In addition to these three, we occasionally (but not every year or at any set time) advertise for interns in the foreign and Britain departments of The Economist. As an Economist Group intern, you will work on an important, challenging and stimulating project or work related tasks from day one.
