We believe in the potential of every human being. We celebrate diversity of thought, cultural differences, lifestyle, age, background, experience, religion, economic and social status, gender identity and marital status. Building a culture of inclusion allows us to create experiences for our people, culture, and community.

We also understand that inclusion and diversity is a business imperative. Our investments in inclusion and diversity will shape the future of EA. We are working to embed inclusion across our systems, processes, and culture. Here are a few key areas we are focused on to deliver this impact:

  • Develop relatable content and games.
  • Enable expansion into new and diverse markets.
  • Attract, develop, and retain great talent that can thrive and do their best work.
  • Bridge to better representation that authentically reflects players around the world.

Our Commitment to Inclusive Hiring We are working to grow a more inclusive and diverse organization at all levels and ensure opportunities are accessible to everyone.

Inclusive hiring is a long-term commitment for EA. We take a holistic approach to attract, retain, and develop talent with a focus on the under-represented population to include:

  • Evaluating our hiring, on-boarding, and talent planning systems and processes to ensure an inclusive design and experience for employees.
  • Building leadership capability to lead inclusively, develop others, and instill a culture of belonging where everyone can do their best work.

We collaborate with hiring teams to challenge bias, and continually improve and broaden our approach. We guide and influence to ensure we hire curious, creative, collaborative, inclusive people with diverse backgrounds, approaches, and experiences who will positively impact our culture and games. Employee Resource Groups

The commitment to inclusion and diversity comes from within. Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are employee-led organizations that unite people around a common affinity or shared experience to normalize and unite the diversity we seek to represent, as well as foster a diverse and inclusive workplace. Thousands of employees connect together to create a sense of belonging, and build a culture of allyship for our people and contribute directly to our three inclusion and diversity pillars while caring for the local diversity nuances of each chapter location.
