Together we create solutions for a better life.
Pros
Excellent team of people who truly care about doing good work, serving our members, and being good humans. Executive team, although it has its dysfunctions, is not bureaucratic the way I've seen with other companies - all execs. are approachable and seem to really care about people and about doing the right thing. LOTS of opportunities for people in entry level roles to move into other areas of the business.Cons
As you work your way up in the company, there are fewer opportunities for new roles (but that's true everywhere). Even though there's a lot of talk about prioritization and focusing on the right work, our executives oftentimes unwittingly spin people up on "shiny object" projects or tasks, which can be frustrating and feel like a waste of time. What can you expect when it comes to DE&I at Elevations?
