Employee Resource Groups:

At Enerpac, our value of Integrity means that we will act with honesty and transparency and always do the right thing. We will also promote diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a community of belonging for employees globally. To ensure that Enerpac continues to provide opportunities for all employees to feel celebrated and connected, we have 2 Employee Resource Groups. We plan to expand our Employee Resource Group Community in the future.

1. Women of Enerpac is committed to empowering and supporting ​women of Enerpac Tool Group to develop professionally in their careers. We provide ​opportunities for women and their allies to encourage, learn from, and connect in an open and inclusive environment that fosters personal and professional growth. We seek to build a culture that helps Enerpac women reach their goals.
2. Our Multicultural Employee Resource Group honors and celebrates multicultural and intersectional identities while embracing diversity among different dimensions of race, ethnicity, gender, culture, and beyond.  It aims to create a space for a multicultural perspective at Enerpac through initiatives that promote empathy, cultural competence, and allyship.
