Pros
Enterprise has helped give me to tools to develop me into a more confident employee! The people that work at Enterprise genuinely have cared about my development and about who I am as a person. I have had to opportunity to hold multiple positions and increase my pay substantially. The performance based aspects of the company lend a hand to continued growth and improvement.Cons
The hours can be long, if this is something that you would struggle with I would look elsewhere but, if you are the type of person that is driven by continued reward for hard work and performance I would not shy away. For more than 65 years, Enterprise Mobility has been committed to creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive (DEI) work environment – rooted in the founding value “our doors are open.”
The commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion is embraced throughout the organization and driven by our employees who work in an environment where they are encouraged to bring their true self to work every day.
Our Curriculum & Foundational Pillars
No two people share the same combination of background, culture or abilities. We harness those unique perspectives to create robust dialogue, which brings about powerful ideas, solutions and a sense of connection to our mission and purpose. We educate all employees through a DEI curriculum that empowers employees to share their experiences and backgrounds so others can learn, grow and expand their understanding of the lived experiences of others.
When creating solutions that bring about real change, we know it’s important to draw perspectives from every level of the organization. This is accomplished through our global DEI council structure, which ensures vertical and horizontal integration across our operations, strategies, mission and objectives. Its multi-dimensional membership encompasses a diversity of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age and work experience.
Guiding the DEI councils are three foundational pillars – talent and opportunity, inclusive culture and community engagement – which the teams seek to address in order to remove barriers that could limit our ability for true diversity, equity and inclusion.
From Veterans Day celebrations to LGBTQ parades, we participate in events throughout the year to support groups that reflect our employee makeup.
We believe in being part of the communities we serve. That means developing business and supplier relationships with minority and women-owned businesses in the areas we operate.
From the relationship-driven work we perform every day to the communities we support through our philanthropic efforts, our people make our business thrive.
In fact, our 90,000 global employees are the backbone of Enterprise Mobility's success for more than 65 years.
Each employee’s career journey is as unique as the perspectives and ambitions they’re encouraged to bring with them to their daily work. And they’re met along the way with unlimited possibilities and a support system to flourish, grow and advance.
One of our greatest strengths as an organization is our promote-from-within culture. With a wide range of job opportunities across business functions, Enterprise Mobility offers employees the chance to change careers without changing companies.
It’s also a workplace built on an enduring set of values that guide every interaction, whether with our customers, communities or one another: integrity, honest work, team spirit and simply doing the right thing.

Community Giving
At Enterprise Mobility we are focused on strengthening our communities one neighborhood at a time. We do this by fostering a culture of giving as well as funding programs that protect the environment, drive social progress and empower the places where we live and work.
By leveraging our presence in thousands of communities, we can help respond to natural disasters and address societal challenges such as hunger and racial inequity through partnerships, donations and volunteerism.
To date, Enterprise Mobility has donated more than half a billion dollars to charitable organizations worldwide through its operating groups and the Enterprise Mobility Foundation. Over 95% of the grants awarded are identified by employees and support local organizations in the communities where we operate.
