At G2, DEI is a journey of constant learning and growing rooted in our PEAK values. DEI is not a singular program or department, but weaved into everything we do and all we are. That's why our DEI work is multi-faceted:

• G2 Together - The employee-led arm of our culture and diversity, equity, and inclusion programming.
• Employee Resource Groups - Our affinity groups create a safe space for employees who share a common identity, and allies, to meet and support one another in building their community and sense of belonging.
• Interests Groups - Non-identity-based groups share common interests that meet and gather to build commuinty and have fun! 
• G2 Gives - Our philanthropic arm that supports charitable efforts of our employees, teams, and our customers.
• G2 Ambassadors - A diverse employee-led team of DEI ambassadors and champions who push our DEI work forward and advocate for fellow employees.
• Leadership and Management Training - Culture and values comes from the top down, so we invest in DEI and conscious leadership training for our leaders and people managers. 
• Company-Wide Training- To be truly inclusive to all, we provide training to all G2ers about identity, respect, bias, and safety.
