DEI council

Established in 2020, our council includes participants from various roles and backgrounds within the company. The council’s primary focus is to build awareness and identify opportunities to make Service Express a more inclusive workplace.

We focus on supporting conversations, creating resources and investing in our people’s physical and psychological well-being. Topics we discuss include gender equity, Pride, working parents, diversity, belonging, neurodiversity, mental health and more.
