Pros
Hardworking and encouraging leadership. Overall great organization.Cons
Rapidly growing company that sometimes results in overlapping responsibilities. In 2020 we formed a new employee group called iBelong. The origin of this group was a safe space to talk and learn about issues facing our employees relating to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Creating the group allowed the team to open discuss and talk through issues facing all of us such as racial inquity, bias in the workplace and really building a culture of belonging. This is an employee group that meets monthly and focuses on a specific topic for discussion, and typically has about 200 people attend. Topics we have covered are PRIDE, Neurodiversity, Mental Health Awareness, Women's History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month and Black History. We often hae guest speakers present and facilitate the discussion.
