At Ingram Micro we have a dedicated Diversity and Inclusion Board, the purpose of the D&I Board is to ensure Ingram Micro is accountable and supportive and who educates Ingram Micro Associates to ensure we are leading the way in Diversity and Inclusion, and that all associates feel valued, supported and listened to. 

In order to achieve this, we will: 

• Provide a central source of resources, policies and training materials to provide support in creating a workplace that values Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. 
• Provide a place for associates to submit D&I feedback and concerns anonymously to propose changes to current policies  
• Meet monthly to review any feedback and concerns received, identify changes that could be implemented to address these and feed back to senior management
