Great mentorship from management. They want everyone to succeed. Uncapped commission Opportunity for growth in the company after 1st year, and path to promotion is clear Fun, fast paced, sports sales culture

Cons

The job and the end result is consistently inconsistent in your first year. Thick skin and a strong work ethic is required to succeed as you will face a lot of rejection making calls daily, but it just takes one good call to change the course of your day/month/year. Must have a short term memory for good and bad days alike, and have a “next call” mentality. PTO is limited, but management is usually cooperative and accommodating with the policy within reason.
