The Council encourages all employees to take part in celebrating the value of diversity and inclusion.   Celebrating Diversity A network of employee resource groups (ERGs), born out of Johns Manville’s Diversity and Inclusion Council, is focused on promoting and supporting minority communities in the workplace. This will help build a stronger and more sustainable Johns Manville. Johns Manville currently has four employee resource groups: WIN@JM, JM Wolf PACK, embRACE and ADAPT.

Internships

Our intern program is designed to provide hands-on engineering or business experience through challenging assignments focused on innovation and growth.

We take a holistic approach to our internships by assigning meaningful projects, educating interns on JM's history and values, and providing additional educational and volunteer opportunities.

All JM summer interns are given the opportunity to present their work to senior management within the company at our corporate headquarters in Denver at the end of the program.
