Pros

Mckenneys is excellent about growing from with in and teaching new employees.

Cons

The starting base salary may be low compared to others in the field, but the bonus pool is from the project one works on. The more successful a project the greater for bonus potential. With more experience you can work on more projects and grow the pool.
