At MediaRadar, we are committed to our diverse community of Radarians and are always seeking ways to make our environment a safe and inclusive space.  We understand that inclusive organizations, filled with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences, are more innovative, have happier employees, and are ultimately more successful.  Our internal DE&I Team is employee driven and has the full ear, support & participation of the Senior Leadership Team.  Here are some of the initiatives and events the DE&I Team has led, guided by the group's mission: Educate, Communicate & Celebrate.

• Continuous, company wide diversity training for all employees, touching on inclusivity, microaggressions, and race in the workplace
• Touchpoint surveys to determine the efficacy of our DE&I efforts
• Improving career pathing and visibility to promotions & open roles
• Management training around bias in hiring & inclusive leadership
• Recognition of diverse holidays and events to celebrate these company wide
• Seeking out diverse recruiting and sourcing partners to reach a larger talent pool
