The Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Credit Union serves as the lead role in collaborating with the executive team, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council, employees across all levels, Affinity Groups, and our communities to identify programs and initiatives that will be valuable and impactful to the Credit Union, all of its employees, and community members.

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council was established in 2020. This internal council offers cross-organizational membership with representation from a diverse range of employees and team members. They provide effective mechanisms for managing and initiating future diversity and inclusion programs within the Credit Union.

Founded in 1937 MSUFCU was established 84 years ago to provide a safe place where members could borrow and save money. From volunteering at and donating to charitable organizations, to hosting free events to help teach individuals of all ages the importance of money management, we are dedicated to our core value of giving back to the communities we serve.

Two week training program that provides employees with the tools to thrive. New employees will learn more about:

Physical Health   • Medical, dental, and vision coverage: Full-time employees and their dependents are eligible for health insurance coverage beginning with their first day of employment. MSU Federal Credit Union pays 100% of premiums.

• Telemedicine: Employees who take advantage of our PPO health plan have telephone and video access to a board-certified physician 24/7.
