Pros

Amazing culture, people, and products. TechSmithies really do care about each other and are there for each other. The company invests in its employees by paying for training courses and provides amazing benefits. There is a lot of opportunity for on-the-job training as well.

Cons

Limited opportunity to advance in your department, as TechSmith employees are loyal and stick around (ie not a lot of employee turnover, and higher up positions are not opening often). This is not to say the opportunity is not present. I am aware of several people who have transitioned into other departments within the company to help advance their professional careers.
