*There is so much flexibility, it has allowed me to work from home, and care for my children when no other company would hire me. *The staff is very communicative, they are always willing to work with you. *You work on your own time, at your own pace. *I may not work for Parrot anymore as my personal circumstances made my work lacking, but they always communicated with me and told me where I needed improvement, I hope to be able to continue.
