Patelco was founded in 1936 to serve the financial interests of employees at the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company (now part of AT&T). With assets now totaling more than $9 billion and 450,000 members nationwide, we are among the largest credit unions in the nation today.

Tuition Reimbursement

Our tuition reimbursement program allows team members to advance their education, while creating opportunities for career development and advancement. Tuition reimbursement is offered to full-time and part-time employees.

We believe in a culture of continuous learning. Our learning and development team creates innovative and relevant courses and on-demand webinars, in addition to partnering with external training opportunities like LinkedIn Learning. Volunteerism

We work with small organizations in our communities to support our commitment to housing, hunger relief, healthy children and financial literacy. At an organizational level, we partner with Habitat for Humanity, UC Children's Hospitals throughout Northern California and County food banks in our regions. We also provide relief to wildfire victims and their families with care packages and loan relief. As a team member, you'll have the opportunity to get involved and volunteer. 

Entertainment and Attractions

We partner with Tickets at Work to offer our team discount tickets to entertainment, amusement parks, concerts and other events. 

We are here to help our members navigate their financial ups and downs, partnering with them to provide guidance and products that meet their individual needs and are in their best interest.
